The plot of IGI 3 The Mark is based on Terrorists stealing a nuclear-tipped missile and planning to blast away one of Europe’s’ largest city: LONDON! The short range of missiles is a problem, but money is not, as the terrorists have found an accomplice, Ilya Rakov, son of a Russian billionaire and arms dealer. Aleksandr Rakov.
